Is there a delivery charge?

 There is a delivery charge of £3.00 for all delivery orders. If you would like to collect your delivery from our clinic when you have an appointment, then please let us know and this can be arranged.

Do you ship outside the UK?

 We currently do not deliver outside of the UK.

What is the expected delivery time?

 Delivery time is usually 3-4 Days. On the rare occasion, there is a delay, we will be in contact to let you know.

How do I know what products are right for me?

There is no one-size-fits-all solution for skincare. By creating customized skincare plans for each patient based on their skin concerns and needs, our patients can achieve their skin goals. Our medical grade skincare products will need to be prescribed by Helen which you can do via the shop or by emailing helen@helenhuntaesthetics.co.uk.
